At Multi Care Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item back to our address (provided upon approval).
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
